Our minimum order quantity starts from 50 units per style. We work with emerging brands placing their first order as well as established distributors running large seasonal programmes. There is no upper limit. Production scales with your requirements.
Standard lead time is 4 to 5 weeks from confirmed order. This covers all stages: material sourcing, printing, cutting, stitching, quality inspection, and packing. Because all production happens under our roof, we avoid the delays caused by outsourcing to third-party facilities.
Yes. We provide full OEM and private label services. You supply your branding, designs, and specifications. We manufacture the garments, apply your labels, and pack to your requirements. Your customers will receive products that carry your brand, not ours.
We offer full sublimation printing (all-over colour), heat transfer printing, embroidery, screen printing, laser cutting, H&H seamless bonding, and vinyl application. Customisation includes colours, sizes, logos, player names, numbers, and fabric composition. If you have a design file, it can also be produced.
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and other international carriers. We handle all export documentation from Pakistan. Typical international transit time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination after order dispatch.
Bromely Sports uses a range of performance fabrics depending on the product: polyester interlock, spandex blends, dri-fit, moisture-wicking mesh, seamless knit, and premium fleece for hoodies. We can source specific fabric compositions on request.
Absolutely. We invite serious brand partners to visit our Sialkot factory in person. We will cover your flight costs. You can inspect our machinery, watch a sample being made, and meet the production team. Contact us to arrange your visit.
We have a multi-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, finished product inspection, and random sampling before packing. Each garment is checked for stitching defects, color accuracy, sizing consistency, and print quality. We maintain detailed quality reports for every order.
