At Bromely Sports, digital printing is handled entirely in-house using the Roland XT640, a Japanese industrial sublimation printer built for high-volume production with consistent colour output across every unit in a run. There is no outsourcing to a third-party print facility, which means no colour variation between batches and no delays caused by an external supplier's schedule. Sublimation printing works by transferring dye directly into the fabric under heat and pressure. The result is a print that becomes part of the fibre rather than sitting on top of it. Colours stay sharp through repeated washing, hard training, and heavy use without fading, peeling, or cracking over time. We print on performance polyester, spandex blends, moisture-wicking mesh, and dri-fit fabrics across every product category we manufacture. Full all-over designs, panel prints, gradient colourways, and fine logo detail are all within the capability of our setup. Every print run goes through colour-matching checks against approved samples before bulk production begins. What you approve in sampling is what arrives in your order.
