Every garment that leaves this facility passes through the stitching department. It is the stage where printed and cut panels become an actual product, and the quality of the work here determines whether a garment holds together for one season or five. Stitching Department I handles the primary assembly of sportswear across the majority of our product categories. Flatlock stitching is used on compression wear, rash guards, and base layers where seams need to sit completely flush against the skin without any raised edge. Overlock stitching handles high-stress joins on team uniforms, jerseys, and outerwear where the seam needs to withstand repeated pulling and stretching without opening. Cover stitch finishing is applied along hems, cuffs, and necklines where both the inside and outside of the garment need a clean, professional finish. Our stitching lines run on Juki and Pegasus industrial machines, both recognised globally as the standard for high-volume garment production. Thread tension, stitch density, and seam allowance are set per garment type at the start of each production run and checked regularly throughout to ensure consistency from the first unit to the last. Sizing consistency across bulk orders is one of the most common failure points in sportswear manufacturing. When stitching tolerances drift during a long run, panels that were cut identically end up producing garments that fit differently. This is monitored and controlled throughout every production batch in this department before any finished piece moves to pressing and packing.
